Colour: tawny copper
Nose: honeyed strawberry
Taste: unctuous, sweet, high toned, well balanced with good acidity and a lovely strawberry flavour

This is a very soft, lush and creamy icewine from a blend of red grapes. The aromas are very rich with strawberry, cherry, rhubarb pie. Stays very well focused on the palate. Lovely acidity. Mouth-filling yet fine narrowing acidity on the finish. Great intensity and length. It never wavers. Vintages November 2011.
