This top of the line chardonnay from Henry of Pelham has a very rich, complex vanilla custard and nutty nose with finely etched smoke, lemon and pear fruit. Its medium-full bodied, elegant with firm acidity, refinement and excellent focus and length. Even expresses some minerality on the finish. A Niagara classic to enjoy now or age up to five years.
