Winery Food Recommendation:
Makes this a fine wine to pair with grilled Sea Bass, cured meats, aged Canadian cheeses or as an aperitif. Enjoy now or cellar to 2015.

Description
Our first Riesling grape harvest from the estate vineyard yielded only 52 cases. Bold notes of lime, mineral and red apple with balanced sweetness and acidity.

2008 Riesling Reserve
submitted by: David Lawrason
This sports a rich, maturing almost Alsatian nose of honey, peach-apricot, spice and white mushroom - very complex. It's medium weight, with some delicacy and richness. There some earthiness and a touch of burlap on the finish. The length is excellent with lingering lemon and apple pie flavours.
