Winery Food Recommendation:
Robyn's Block Chardonnay pairs well with pastas with cream sauces, light meats including chicken and turkey, cedar plank salmon, or even pork tenderloin.
Matured in French oak barriques. The 2007 Robyn's Block Chardonnay offers a nose of pineapple, baked apple pie, and tropical fruits. On the
palate the tropical flavours are framed by brioche and vanilla ice cream. The finish is long and lingering with ripe fruit and balancing acidity.

2007 Chardonnay, Robyn's Block

This is a monster chardonnay, and very complex. Expect a rich nutty aroma with peat smoke, maple fudge and cedary notes. The fruit is in the pear-pineapple range. Itís full bodied, open knit, sweetish and rich on the palate Ė quite sweet, with some alcohol heat and bitterness. Excellent length. Will age a couple of years but itís already rich, soft and very approachable so donít wait forever.
