This is a very tidy, well made cab franc icewine with classic aromas of redcurrant, herbs, pine and white chocolate. It’s a slender, taut and fresh, with great acidity and flavour depth. It avoids the sweet soupiness that often afflicts red ice wines. Ideal for mild chocolate desserts and spicy pastries.

Taste: sweet, beautifully balanced strawberry and raspberry flavours mitigated by lively acidity. A terrific Icewine
