This billows classic gewurz character on the nose, with very ripe, complex lychee, musk perfume, spearmint and grapefruit rind. After the aromatic fireworks it comes up a bit light, with considerable sweetness. Lime-like acidity of the 2008 vintage braces the finish. Very good length.
