| Description |
Rich, creamy, ample, dry. The aromas and flavours of dark fruit, black currant, dried cherries, leather and tobacco mingle on a full and substantial palate. The finish has a toasty hint and a firm tannin grip. Cellar through 2015.

This took a silver at the Canadian wine Awards. It’s is a very pretty, nicely ripe wine but it still needs a couple of years to calm the tannin. Complex, sweet blackberry fruit is well married with cedar, toast and herbs. Certainly one of the better cabernet sauvignons from Niagara. Medium-full bodied, sweet and warm on the palate. Very good to excellent length. 2010 to 2013
