| Description |
A blend of two varietals that seem to go together like best friends should. Aroma is fresh and fruity. Tropical notes of melon, grapefruit and lime team up with a slight herbal note reminiscent of green tea. Taste starts with slight sweetness and ends dry.

Few Ontario wineries are growing semillon, but it does have a place in Bordeaux inspired sem-sauv blends. This is light, fresh quite zesty white that captures considerable peppery, grapefruit and lime character. A hint of sweetness rounds the palate. Good green apple fruit on the finish. Good job.
