| Works very well with many Asian influenced meals and particularly like ginger stir-fry chicken or sushi.

| Description |
Harvested from two vineyard sited in Niagara, the juice cold settled before fermentation with MO5 yeast. It was a cool fermentation to help capture the natural fresh fruit character of Riesling. Racked off its lees after fermentation with a little residual sugar left in the wine help balance the acidity.
Delicate floral note on the nose that remind you of a fresh summer’s morning. Flavours of green apples and lemmon lime zest with a touch of sweetness. The texture if full but a seam of acidity and minerality runs through the wine giving it great balance. |

This is a vibrant and well balanced riesling from a vintage not short on acidity. Here it has been nicely balanced with residual sugar, creating a juicy yet firm feel. A touch of matchstick should dissipate within a year, exposing more of the pear, lemon and mineral character. Very good length. Should cellar well. Best 2010 to 2014.
