This blends 33 % Gewurztraminer, 30% Riesling, 23% Pinot Gris, 6% Savagnin, 6% Chardonnay and2% Sauvignon Blanc. – a multi-grape formula that’s becoming popular in Niagara and elsewhere. It is partially barrel fermented but oak influences are very subtle. There is a pleasant, mild complex nose with well integrated, citrus, floral, herbal and spice elements. It’s mid-weight, firm, slightly tart and dry with a mineral finish. Very good length. A wine for the table.
