| Description |
| A delicious follow-up to our multi-winning '07 Cabernet Franc, the '08 is a touch lighter with the same lovely characteristics. The bouquet has an appealing vanilla aroma with roasted red peppers, delicate bing cherries and a subtle earthiness. A fruit forward red that shows raspberry jam and dark plum with slight astringency and a soft finish. |

Shows quite deep colour and fairly generous, sweet nose with a veneer of cocoa powder and vanilla atop the tart cran-raspberry fruit and leather. The palate is quite light with tart, high acidity at odds with the sweetness. Some earthiness and cab franc tobacco in the back. Very good length.
