| Description |
A lovely follow-up to our multi-winning '07 vintage this un-oaked Chardonnay has fine, golden colour with green highlights. The bouquet is youthful but forward with a fresh nose in which baked apple tart meets breadcrumbs and lime-accented acidity. Balanced, it is fresh and clean with small mineral edges; a little more time in the bottle will see more tropical fruit development.

This is unoaked chardonnay but currently very smoky with matchstick on the nose, some pear, chive and yeasty spice and apple. Good mouthfeel - tight yet smooth. Quite lemony and tart on the finish. Very good length. Needs a year in bottle to sort out.
