Winemaker’s Comments
The Quarry Vineyard Chardonnay is straw in colour & has a bright nose of preserved lemons, flinty minerals, and round oak. The fresh month filling palate is filled with fresh stone fruit lightly browned butter and drop of vanilla. This chardonnay finishes with great mineral length and stone fruit intensity

This is a serious, profound, very Burgundian chardonnay. Full bodied, powerful and complete with very complex peat smoke, almond pear tart and gentle all spice. It’s very rich, with firm acidity and warm alcohol. Excellent focus and length. Vinemount Ridge is the largest sub-appellation of Niagara, positioned atop the escarpment, and farther removed from lake effect.
