There is a lifted, edgy balsamic note, but this is lively and intense with raspberry fruit, light oak and a touch of fresh greenness that’s almost minty. It’s medium weight, wiry, juicy and tart with considerable dry tannin. Excellent length. Best 2011 to 2015.
