Winery Food Recommendation:
This wine would pair well with seafood salads, pastas with very light cream sauces or oil based sauces, chicken dishes like crisp lightly fried chicken and finally excellent with cheeses like goat’s cheese, brie or a mild Oka.
The 2007 Charlotte’s Chardonnay Founder’s Signature Series is a stunning example of an unoaked Chardonnay. Its intriguing nose presents a gentle but subtle nuance of tropical fruit with underlying citrus tones. On the palate, it presents the same flavor profile perfectly balanced with a crisp but gentle acidity. This wine can be enjoyed now but could be put down for two years.

2007 Charlotte Chardonnay

Named for winemaker Jim Warren’s wife, this is an un-oaked chardonnay that always pushes the envelope in terms of maximum flavour. In this ripe vintage there is big, sweet apple-pear fruit with a cream corn and tobacco note. It's mid-weight, rounded and fairly well balanced, with good length.
