| 2005 Vidal Icewine |
| submitted by: David Lawrason |
Based north of the GTA, the Testa family of Willow Springs sources much of their fruit from Niagara. This is full blown, golden icewine with a rich, soft nose of caramel, orange, mango and apricot. Full bodied, firm, balanced, dry and not as sweet as expected on the finish. Exotic ginger-like note on the finish. A touch bitter.
