2008 Riesling Estate

This wine is a classic Riesling and it delivers the expected petrol, mineral and honey notes plus a zestiness that delights. Juicy and mouthwatering too, it's got great balance and excellent length. It provides exceptional value for the money.

2008 Riesling

This exhibits much of the character of the Estate Riesling - but it's a little softer and a bit less zesty than the Estate but equally delicious. It makes use of grapes from four of the Niagara Peninsula's sub appellations and winemaker Angelo Pavan has skillfully blended a Riesling for everyday enjoyment.

2008 Riesling Dry

An elegant, Mosel-style Riesling that's one of Cave Spring's best ever. A bit dryer than the other two Rieslings - it displays exceptional fruit and petrol notes plus delicacy and an unmistakable raciness that delights. It's light-bodied and delivers good length and value.
